Lariat Gardens is located near downtown and offers 43 one and two-bedroom units with easy access to banking and medical facilities, shopping, community services and social agencies, including the public transportation system.

Click the Applicant Login button below to apply and be added to the waiting list.  No application fee.  Monthly rent is not subsidized; $300 security deposit is required.  Income and rent limits apply as established by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission using the current 50% and 60% limits.  

Being on the waiting list does not obligate the applicant to anything, nor does it guarantee eligibility or that a unit will be offered.  It simply means the applicant will be contacted when their name comes up.
